Registration Procedure

To keep our Student to Instructor ratio at a maximum, enrollment is limited, so please apply early.

  • Check availability before registering
  • Assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Register On-Line
  • Make sure you receive a Workshop Confirmation before making travel plans and purchasing Travel Insurance

For Classes, Exploration and Excursion Workshops

100% deposit is required at the time of registration

For Expedition Workshops

25% Non-Refundable deposit is required at the time of registration with remainder in monthly payments
Balance is due 120 days prior to the start of the workshop

We use PayPal and can accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card
We cannot hold space in a workshop without a deposit.
Once your deposit has been received you will receive an email confirmation.
Additional information, including an invoice will be emailed once the minimum number of participants is reached.
Final payment of your balance may be made by check, credit card, or money order, payable in U.S. funds.
